Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here are the ways we can work together.

Journeys I Support

  • A woman standing outdoors with mountains in the background, looking up toward the sky with her hand near her chin.

    Trauma-Focused Therapy

Trauma can echo through every part of life—relationships, work, and self-image. Using EMDR, IFS-informed approaches, and somatic awareness, I help clients process painful memories, regulate their nervous systems, and build safe, grounded futures.

  • Young woman with red lipstick and dark hair, smiling with eyes closed, wearing a brown hat and red plaid shirt, standing outdoors during sunset.

    Women’s Issues

Women often carry invisible loads: navigating perimenopause, balancing relationships, self-worth, and career demands. I help women process complex emotions, heal relational wounds, set boundaries, and embrace their evolving identity with compassion and strength.

  • People sitting at a wooden table during a meeting, some taking notes with notebooks and pens, with sunlight coming through a window.

    Adults Navigating Life Transitions

Major shifts—grief, divorce, career changes, or becoming an empty nester—can leave you questioning your identity and purpose. I provide a supportive space to process change, rediscover your values, and create intentional next steps that feel authentic and sustainable.

  • A black and white photo of a man with a beard, wearing a cap that reads 'WWII Veteran, USA, B-17 Tail G.' in a cockpit, looking down, with a window showing clouds and sky outside.

    Veterans & First Responders

I understand the weight that service can leave behind—combat trauma, moral injury, and the struggle to reconnect with family or civilian life. I offer EMDR, DBT-informed skills, and trauma-focused therapy to support PTSD recovery, anger regulation, and relationship healing. Veterans Court clients will find a judgment-free space to rebuild accountability and purpose.

  • A group of five young people posing outdoors near the water during sunset, smiling and enjoying each other's company.

Teens & Young Adults (Ages 16–25)

Adolescence and early adulthood can feel overwhelming: anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and family conflict can collide. I help teens and college-age clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-esteem, and navigate transitions with authenticity and resilience.

  • A book titled "Set Boundaries, Find Peace: a guide to reclaiming yourself" by Nedra Glover Tawwab placed on a wooden surface. To the top left, there is an open book, and to the top right, a blue-faced alarm clock. To the right of the book, there is a large clear quartz crystal.

Codependency Recovery & Adult Children of Alcoholics

People-pleasing and over-giving often mask deep fears of abandonment or rejection. If you grew up in an alcoholic or chaotic household, you may still carry patterns of hyper-responsibility or self-sacrifice. Together we’ll break these cycles—practicing assertive communication, self-compassion, and authentic connection without guilt or shame.
