Hi, I’m Tanji.
I am a therapist in the Denver Tech Center dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.
I work with adults who have experienced big and little trauma, difficult childhoods, and other challenging life experiences. My approach is direct, grounded, and compassionate. I’ll be honest with you, while also making sure you feel heard and understood. I use a blend of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), CBT, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients better understand themselves, process what they’ve been through, and create meaningful change.

I require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for the same week. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or that do not reschedule for the same week, are billed at $65.
